Captin Nod is still living under a desk, and now works in the VFX industry. He sometimes wears a hat, and can occasionally be found gibbering and giggling in a corner for no readily apparent reason.
I've often entertained the idea of making a person-sized version of something like this (the Quake marine, specifically, although the Shammy would equally be fun) for Halloween.
Thank you very much! This is VERY cool! Continue and make ALL models for quake 1 available and then make all DOOM models also! Then you will be my hero!
I love this models because I use to play Frag! a game from Steve Jackson's Games which is a Quake/Unreal boardgame ,and with this my game is gonna be great!!

hehe, cool :) a while ago i decided to write once a program which makes stuff like this from .3ds models. I haven't started writing that yet, but that would be useful for this :)
I'm currently doing the same for an art exhibition, three q1 models life-sized!
I've planned doing Bitch(q2), slash(q3) and q4gladiator(q3) too, but for lack of time(money, wellsuited-sized cardboard & more...) it would be shambler, demon & shalrath. :( all about 1.8 meters tall, white cardboard.
great it looks very nice and the quake models keep the original pixel texture! id like to see more of this kind of monster figures , im starting with the papercraft hobby and i guess im amateur.. not pro ... ive got an evangelion downloaded but it looks deifficult... YET. thaks again i love this hobbie
